A supplementary workload profile provides insight into the employee's exploitable capabilities. It also provides advice on which interventions and measures can be applied to promote effective reintegration of the employee. These may include workplace adjustments, training or guidance. Finally, it includes a workload profile in the form of a critical, partial FML. This is an overview of the loads the employee can tolerate.

Additional workload profile combined with expertise
