The assessment
The assessment consists of one or more appointments. These appointments are scheduled in consultation with the person concerned. The appointments vary in length from 60 minutes to 240 minutes.


The findings of this investigation are presented in a report. This report is sent to the person who requested the investigation. If the person who requested the investigation is not a physician, the report is not sent to them but to the physician named on the request form.

Information about progress
The Sazyes secretariat can provide you with information about the progress of the investigation at any time.

Right of access and correction
The report is subject to the right of access and correction. This means that, before it is sent to the applicant, the person concerned will receive a copy of the draft report and can indicate whether it contains any incorrect representations of facts.

We treat your data with the utmost confidentiality, both for the applicant and the person concerned. Sazyes works in accordance with certified standards and, in addition to the medical professionals, all colleagues in the secretariat have signed a medical confidentiality agreement. The medical report is only seen by the professionals who prepare it. The medical report is only sent to doctors. The business report is only sent to the applicant, as it does not contain any medical information and can therefore be shared with employers.

We understand that you may be nervous about the examinations, but Sazyes' policy is that your loved one may be present for the first 15 minutes of the consultation. After that, the consultation will be conducted with you alone.

Once the appointments have been made, the medical secretariat will send you the client information. It is important that you read this carefully. It explains what you can expect from the examination. In addition, one or more questionnaires will be sent with it. These must be completed before the first appointment.

Once all investigations have been completed, a report will be drawn up by the professionals at Sazyes. They will first share this with you, as you, as the person concerned, have the right to inspect and correct the report. After the right of inspection and correction has been exercised, the final report will be shared with the applicant.
