The goal of a personality assessment

The goal of a personality assessment is to be able to provide an explanation for individuals experiencing problems in their social-emotional functioning. Related functional conversions and possible treatment options can be examined. A personality test usually takes place in case of absenteeism and incapacity for work, in which case it can provide clarity in case of stagnating recovery or a difficult reintegration.
